by-laws, policies and procedures of the organization.\r\n\r\n<strong>Categories<\/strong>\r\n\r\nMembership falls into four categories:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Liturgical Consultant Members<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Allied Members<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Affiliate Members<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Emeritus Members<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nLiturgical consultant and allied members are voting members.\r\n\r\n<strong>Election\u00a0of Members<\/strong>\r\n\r\nAny professional with the appropriate background and interest wishing to become a member of the Association will submit a New Member Application, a signed copy of the Guiding Principles, directory page information (completed in full), and three professional references. The Board Members will review the candidate information and contact references. The Board Members will approve or deny membership. A majority vote of the Board constitutes approval for membership.\r\n\r\nThe approval of membership by the Board should in no way be construed as a certification or an endorsement by the Association of Consultants for Liturgical Space.\r\n\r\n<strong>Membership Dues<\/strong>\r\n\r\nMembership dues and the time and method of collection shall be determined by the Board Members.\r\n\r\n<strong>Resignation\/Removal<\/strong>\r\n\r\nAny member may resign by sending written notice to the President who shall present the resignation to the other
