impact of the church building on worship, and with multidisciplinary expertise in some or all of the following areas of service:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Planning and design for the liturgical environment<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative work with the architect and related professionals<\/li>\n<li>Coordination of planning, design and fabrication of appropriate liturgical art, furnishings, and appointments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Allied<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Individual professionals who do not provide a liturgical consulting process but who\u00a0contribute a particular expertise to the design or furnishing of places of worship with expertise in one or more of the following areas of service:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Academics<\/li>\n<li>Acoustics<\/li>\n<li>Architecture<\/li>\n<li>Art conservation<\/li>\n<li>Arts<\/li>\n<li>Crafts<\/li>\n<li>Historic preservation<\/li>\n<li>Lighting<\/li>\n<li>Liturgy<\/li>\n<li>Other related areas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Affiliate<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For-profit business entities having an interest in contributing to the creation of beautiful and meaningful places of worship with expertise in one or more of the following areas of service:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bells &amp; carillons<\/li>\n<li>Candles<\/li>\n<li>Church goods<\/li>\n<li>Columbaria<\/li>\n<li>Liturgical textileware<\/li>\n<li>Seating &amp; pews<\/li>\n<li>Liturgical art<\/li>\n<li>Other related businesses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Affiliate Members may also be not-for-profit organizations or\u00a0institutions having an interest in contributing to the creation of beautiful and meaningful places of worship, such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Colleges and Universities<\/li>\n<li>Schools of Theology<\/li>\n<li>Liturgical associations<\/li>\n<li>Diocesan offices<\/li>\n<li>Other related not-for-profit organizations and institutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Affiliate Members may be represented by individuals employed by the business entity, organization or institution.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Associate<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 3\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Individual students, interns or apprentices who have an interest in contributing to the creation of beautiful and meaningful places of worship.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Emeritus<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An honorary membership status given by the Board to retired current or former members in recognition of their lifetime of outstanding contributions to the field of liturgical design through design excellence, contributions in the field of education, or to the advancement of the
