The Norbertine Community of Santa Maria de la Vid Abbey was first missioned to Albuquerque, NM by the Norbertines of Wisconsin. The community has a strong commitment to modern liturgical architecture and art, and began building the Church of Santa Maria de la Vid in 1998. Recently, they began commissioning sets of vestments and paraments, starting with Lent.
